Alberto Carniel - How to spread soft skills in an inspiring video CV

I am a marketing and communications specialist and this is my inspiring video CV. It represents an alternative way to communicate skills. I developed this video curriculum starting from the Bigs' communicative marketing strategy. In fact, companies like Apple and Nike adopt a winning advertising strategy which starts from Why - How - What. They never show their product's characteristics or qualities in their ads, because people buy the Why and not the What.

The video spreads my values and ethics: it is not showed what I can do (the What). It should rise curiosity and emotions, therefore leading people to discover my portfolio.

I strongly believe soft skills are qualities that make a difference during a job interview. Each person comes with their own unique set of soft skills which are difficult to teach, as opposed to technical abilities.
